kanaji thakor elected as Ahmedabad Mayor
Today , BJP made announcement of an OBC candidate Kanaji Thakor as Mayor of Ahmedabad and Dr Kalapana Bhatt as deputy Mayor.
Kanaji Thakor is a 3 time councilor from the Madhupura ward and Dr. Kalpana Bhatt is a councilor in her 2nd term from Narod Muthiya ward.
There is a rotation policy for this post. As a part of this policy the term of Amit Shah as Mayor and Dinesh Mackwana as the Deputy Mayor of Ahmedabad comes to an end.

Most of the roads in Ahmedabad are digged up by the municipal corporation..I hope he successflly overcomes this problem with his development skills..
