Gujarat University to Implement semester system
Ahmedabad Based, Gujarat University plans to replace annual exam system with the Semester System in arts , commerce and Science colleges.
In academic council meeting organised by Gujarat University, Various Faculty directors have shown positive reponse and now surveying about which system is best.
Gujarat University once determined to implement Semester system , various importatnt decisions about the new syllabus, examination format, internal and external marks, work load on students, increase in the number of papers and availability faculty members will have to be taken care.

ya it is good for students of enginnering ,impliment sem system is very usefull.
In semster sys u have to attend all the classes and we have lots of problems like job n many more,and in a year u have 4 time exam,so time vest n a person who service in other sities n jobs like armed forces is not able to to do that.b'cause he have 3 time leave in year..
this sys is not good enough for all the person.
