Asit vora is New Ahmedabad Mayor

As expected , Asit vora has been elected as New mayor of Ahmedabad city. While Deputy mayor’s post went to Dudheshwar Councillor Darshana Vaghela whereas Gautam Shah was appointed AMC BJP leader.

Behrampura Councilor Badruddin Shaikh ( Congress ) was made the Leader of the Opposition by congress.

Asit Vora is BJP councilor from Maninagar and outgoing chairman of the AMC standing committee.
